Elite Business Solutions is specialized in serving small and mid-sized service-based businesses across the United States. Our primarily clients are:
Web and graphic designers, digital marketers, fashion designers, Professional Services (Accounting firms, lawn care, plumbers, mortgage brokers, Beauty Services and Consultants), Health and Wellness Practitioners (Psychologists, Massage Therapists, Estheticians, etc.).
Our clients are mainly a minimum of 3-5 years established businesses and have an annual sales volume between $400K and $5M+.
Where are you located?
Our firm is incorporated in Delaware with a remote team mainly located in upstate NY and some spread across the United States, but we assist all of our clients virtually and remotely throughout the country.
How do you work?
First, we need to learn about your business, so we will request you to schedule an initial 30-minute Discovery session with us. Next, we will review your accounting system’s file to create a tailored proposal for the specific services and according to your company’s needs. During our review process, we will determine if your books need a cleanup and catch up before starting on a recurring bookkeeping service.
What accounting system do you support?
We specialize in QuickBooks Online and Xero.
How do you meet with clients?
As a virtual accounting firm, we do not visit clients in person. We use Zoom for our meetings with clients and staff.
How much do you charge for your services?
Everyone’s situation and needs are different, so we cannot give a price upfront for our services without first going through a Discovery Session and reviewing your books.
Our monthly accounting and bookkeeping services are based on a flat monthly fee. We do not charge by the hour. We offer packages customized to your business situation and unique needs, after reviewing your accounting file.
Our main goal is to help your company increase profits and minimize costs. You can be assured that as we maintain our integrity, we won’t make you pay for services that you don’t need.
How do you exchange financial documents with clients?
We use a secure and encrypted platform to exchange sensitive documentation with our clients to keep their information confidential and safe.
Why not hire a bookkeeper on site instead?
On-site bookkeepers require office space, equipment, employee tax liabilities, benefits and administrative support. Whereas on-site bookkeepers cost about $40,000 or more per year, a virtual bookkeeper will cost you a fraction of that amount, depending on the contracted services.
